Our location in Poipu is the only location on Kauai where you can surf, boogie board, scuba dive, and snorkel, directly out the back door of your vacation rental condo. The surfing and boogie boarding is great, and the snorkeling is the best on Kauai. Golf courses are nearby too. If shopping is your favorite sport, you can shop until you drop at the new shopping center just down the street.
Each condo rental has new furniture, new carpets/tile flooring, new art work, new lighting, new ceiling fans, new plantation style louvered teak doors, new LCD high definition televisions, new wainscoting/crown molding, new linens, complete stereo systems, CD/DVD players, high speed Internet, fresh paint, and much much more.
Kitchens have new solid hard wood cabinets, granite slab counters, and new Kitchen Aid stainless steel appliances with convection ovens. The kitchens are fully equipped with everything you'll need. If you prefer dining out, one of the best restaurants on Kauai, the Beach House Restaurant, is a short one minute walk. Propane fired barbecues are conveniently located on the property.
The condo rentals that we offer
for rent in Poipu are a mix of corner units and end units at Kuhio Shores. The corner units and end units have an extra window that faces the West. The extra window dramatically increases the ocean views and also allows better air flow.
Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella's, snorkeling equipment, fins, boogie boards, coolers, kids toys, reading books, hair dryers, etc; are all included in our rental condos. Bikes and surfboards can be rented just down the street.
POIPU CONDO RENTALS - KUHIO SHORES - Rates: Rates for our two bedroom, two bath, rental condominiums vary from $300 to $375 nightly, depending on the time of year. One bedrooms range from $245 to $300 nightly. Tax of 13.42% is added to all condo rentals in Kauai. The out cleaning fee is $125.
