Poipu Shores is known throughout Kauai for having one of the most romantic oceanfront settings on Kauai's sunny south shore. Located 30 feet from the ocean, Poipu Shores offers those planning a vacation in Hawaii, spectacular views of Kauai's coastline, crashing waves, breaching whales, giant sea turtles, swaying palm trees, and gorgeous evening sunsets. The sounds of the ocean are in every room at Poipu Shores.
Our vacation rentals at Poipu Shores are one of the very few vacation rentals in Poipu that provide visitors with the luxury of having two very well separated master bedrooms, making it perfect for families, or two couples, that are planning to vacation together in Kauai. One master bedroom has a great ocean view and air conditioning. A Simmons Beautyrest king bed is in one bedroom and a pillow top king bed in the other bedroom. Ceiling fans, and the sounds of the ocean are in each bedroom. All linens are provided.
Recently renovated, our Poipu Shores condos have all new furniture and carpets, new kitchen cabinets and granite counter tops, new ceiling fans, new track lighting, new washer/dryers, new art work, fresh paint. Also included are new Sony 32 inch flat panel plasma televisions, as well as complete stereo systems, CD/DVD players, and free use of high speed cable Internet.
All kitchens are fully equipped. Coffee makers, pot & pans, blenders, crock pots, built-in microwave; everything you have in your home is in our kitchen. And for those of you that don't intend to cook during your vacation, several restaurants are within walking distance and many others are just a two or three minute drive. If you prefer to barbecue your meals, Poipu Shores has several propane fired barbecues located on the property.
If you're looking for a condo rental with a swimming pool, Poipu Shores has one of the best oceanfront pools in all of Kauai. The views from the pool area are absolutely incredible, to say the least. The nearest swimming, or boogie boarding beach is known as Brennecke Beach. It is a short 350 yard stroll along the ocean. Poipu Beach Park, once named by the Travel Channel as America's Best Beach, is just a few yards further. Golf courses are everywhere in Kauai and several challenging golf courses are located in Poipu Beach. The Poipu Bay Golf Resort is a two minute drive from our vacation rentals at Poipu Shores. It is located next to the Hyatt Regency and is the home of the Grand Slam of Golf, which is held every November. Also just a two minute drive from Poipu Shores is the Kiahuna Golf Course.
